"When
I was 14 years old my family and I got on a plane bound for Ireland.
I remember, as we descended, staring out the window down at my new
home. I have many times since looked down upon this green country
with it's quilted rolling hills and everytime a love for this land
took root deep in my heart. We stood alone at first, but like a
single tree in a field, if it grows at all it grows strong."
"After
twelve years it has been the best of times and it has been the worst
of times. I am more honored than words can say to be a part of the
beginning of something great."
"My
parents taught us so well how to live, work and play on the field
and to take ownership of it. They always made us feel like it was
our calling too. My God,
my parents, this country and all that I have learned will forever
be the foundation I stand on."
